All Calm Studio Visuals products are custom-made and handmade to order.
For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has been completed.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with your item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right.
While returns are not accepted, I am committed to ensuring your flipbook is functional and supportive. If something is not working as expected, please reach out—I am happy to collaborate on possible adjustments, which may include:
- Page updates or replacements
- Minor customization changes
- Guidance on how to use the flipbook effectively
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of each product, all sales are final.
Refunds are not available once production has begun or the item has been completed and shipped.
If you experience an issue with how the flipbook is working for your needs, support options are available, including:
- Troubleshooting and usage guidance
- Page updates through the update service
- Optional coaching sessions for personalized support
