Our products are designed as supportive tools to assist with routines, regulation, and daily tasks.
Results may vary, and products do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Our products are not a substitute for medical, therapeutic, or clinical advice.

3. Orders & Cancellations

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and processed.

Because all products are custom-made:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include:

  • Taxes

  • Shipping fees

  • Customs or import charges (if applicable)

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Events outside our control

Once an order is shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Returns are not accepted

  • Refunds are not offered once production has begun or items are completed
